Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our HDD Work business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete fleet of HDD units and crew, overseeing design and planning, identifying market opportunities, and building positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1- Fleet Management: Manage and coordinate the complete fleet of HDD units and crew, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.
2- Design and Planning: Oversee the design, planning, and supervision of HDD drawings and as-built projects to meet client requirements.
3- Market Analysis: Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels. Track industry market intelligence related to market development, projects, competitive activity, and customers.
4- Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
5- Reporting: Produce regular reports for management regarding business development activities, market trends, and client interactions.
